The West Midlands ITA is consulting on its new public consultation draft Strategic Transport Plan: “Movement for Growth” for 12 weeks between Monday 27 July and Friday 16 October.

[…]
The ITA is keen to hear your views on the new draft plan. The ITA is keen to hear responses to the following three questions and also views on the draft plan as set out in the attached, more detailed, questionnaire.

Key Questions

Is the overall approach supported? If not, what needs to be changed?
Is there anything significant which is missing? Is so, what?
What local sources of finance should be considered for additional investment?

Please email your responses to the Key Questions to:
strategictransportplan@wmita.org.uk
or write to:

Public meetings as part of the public consultation are scheduled as follows:

Wednesday 9 September, 6pm to 7pm, Wolverhampton Council Chamber, Civic Centre, Wolverhampton

Tuesday 15 September, 6pm to 7pm, Sandwell Council Chamber, Council House, Oldbury

Thursday 17 September, 6pm to 7pm, Birmingham Council House, Rooms 3 and 4

Monday 21 September, 6pm to 7pm, Dudley Council House

Wednesday 23 September, 6pm to 7pm, Coventry Council House, Committee Room 1

Monday 28 September, 6pm to 7pm, Walsall Council House, Conference Rooms 1 and 2

Thursday 1 October, 6pm to 7pm, Solihull Civic Suite

Because the draft Movement for Growth document contains very little detail, and Centro have refused to provide particulars, it is hard to see what the consultation could achieve.
